PEM provides full maintenance and repair support for 100 single family residences at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Responsibilities include preventative and routine maintenance and service call response for all major building systems (electrical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety). Perform COM services inclusive of janitorial, inspection, and appliance maintenance during tenant change-out. Maintain historically correct aesthetics and components to support preservation efforts. Provide courteous, professional services in all interactions with tenants. Maintain full complement of supplies, parts, and tools to facilitate the completion of repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
