Founded in 2010, PEM initially focused on property inspections and management services. Over the years, PEM has expanded its portfolio to include facility management services, construction/demolition services, and environmental services. Currently, with the expanded portfolio, PEM provides building operations and maintenance, Environmental Security Protection Systems (ESPS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC preventative maintenance, janitorial support, landscaping, and grounds maintenance services, and security escorts for high-profile, mission-critical environments. PEM also performs design, demolition, reconstruction, asbestos, lead, and mold abatement locally and internationally.
