The United States Department of State (DOS) and the United States General Services Administration (GSA) are constructing a new parking structure in Charleston, SC. It is a seven-story precast parking structure with 1,326 parking spaces. The garage is constructed using rigid inclusions as a ground improvement for the cast-in-place concrete foundation and precast structure above. It will also include an FMS workshop and two elevators, with the capability to add a third elevator in the future.
